换热器是一种新型高效的换热设备,适用于气-气、气-液、液-液的对流传热,蒸汽冷凝和液体蒸发传热,可供工业部门生活采暖的热能交换,余热利用回收及积能方面选用。并具有造价低,占地面积小,换热效果好等优点。其传热效率为列管式换热器的2~3倍。
技术特性:
一、本设备工作压力为0.6、1.0、1.6、2.5MPa等四种等级,换热面积有1?~150?。
二、材质有碳钢及各种耐酸不锈钢两种材质制造,碳钢允许工作温度e=0~+20O℃,不锈钢有用户自选材质。
三、本设备分Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ型等三种类型,其中Ⅰ型为不可拆式,Ⅱ、Ⅲ型为可拆式便于清洗。
四、板宽有0.2~1.2M,通道间距3mm~20mm。
五、我厂并生产BLC型螺旋板式重加热器、LL型螺旋板汽——水换热器、SS型螺旋板换热器系列产品。
不锈耐酸钢制PN0.6、1.6MPa不可拆式(Ⅰ型)螺旋板换热器。公称换热面积m2通道间距mm计算
